Lefthand Off-Highway Vehicle (Lefthand OHV) is a parcel of land operated by the US Forest Service. Closed after flooding in 2013 and re-opened to non-motorized vehicles in 2016, it has seen the development of some of the most advanced mountain biking opportunities in the front range. In 2022, the Forest Service announced they were surveying the area and planning the return of motorized recreation.
As mountain bikers, we are advocating to maintain MTB access and keep Lefthand OHV progressive. The more we show the strength and passion of our community of riders, the more recognition we will get from the USFS.
